Please read this page in its entirety. By purchasing product(s) from Witchy Living, you are agreeing to our Shipping & Return Policies as outlined below:
Shipping Prices Paid Upfront at Check Out are as follows:
USA: US $13.50 + $1.75 Insurance (Up to US $200)
Canada/Mexico: US $24.65 + $1.75 Insurance (Up to US $200) International - All Other Countries: US $39.85 + $1.75 Insurance (Up to US $200)
Witchy Living ships Priority Mail only and charges Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping rates for all customers - no matter how
heavy the package. Mandatory insurance, up to US $200, is an additional US $1.75.
Witchy Living DOES NOT
believe in overcharging its customers. If you only purchase (1 or 2)
small items and/or your package can be shipped in a smaller flat rate box
at a cheaper Priority Mail Flat Rate, it will be done. All overpaid shipping charges are **REFUNDED** at the time the package is shipped.
Please
note that some irregular or larger pieces require separate shipping.
This is included in the product's description, and is automatically
configured into your shipping total. This can be quite costly for
international orders, so please be mindful of the product descriptions!
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES
1) Please OPEN IT the day you receive it. DO NOT WAIT!
2) Carefully check your shipment upon receipt.
3) Any issues MUST
be reported to Witchy Living the same day the package is received. 4) You can do this by clicking on the "Contact Us" link and sending us an email with full details. 5) Someone from Witchy Living will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Items
and/or packages that are received in a damaged state should be taken to
the U.S. Post Office immediately to file your claim for a FULL REFUND of purchase price.
LOST PACKAGES Witchy
Living does NOT refund or replace lost packages. Please make sure your
email address
and shipping address are correct. Insurance is mandatory on every
package, so if you have not received your items, let us know and we
will be happy to provide you with a sales receipt and a tracking
number to assist you in filing your claim with USPS for a FULL REFUND
of purchase price.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Witchy Living only ships to the address you provide at the time of purchase. NO
EXCEPTIONS! If it is not on your account at the time of purchase, Witchy Living WILL NOT alter the shipping address. This action
protects the buyer if someone has stolen their credit card information
and are trying to have merchandise shipped to a fraudulent address.
HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND
Witchy Living does not want a customer to keep an item they are not happy
with, and will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price. Witchy Living has a 7-day return policy from the date the package was received. All shipping is tracked! Returns will **NOT** be accepted 8 or more days after customer has received the product. Please note that it takes the same amount of time to return an Item via Priority Mail as it does for the customer to receive it. A returning package *MUST* be shipped via Priority Mail, with
tracking, and tracking information must be emailed to Witchy Living. NO Exceptions! Please
do not email stating the package was shipped with no priority mail
tracking number, as that is your proof of shipping.
No Proof of Shipping, No
Refund, No Exceptions! Priority Mail shipping with tracking ensures your purchase price refund as well as ensures the item is returned to Witchy Living. Again,
we do not want a customer to keep an item if they are not happy
with it, and will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price the same day
the package is received back at Witchy Living and the item is found to be in resaleable condition. Please note that shipping charges are NOT refunded because the postage cost was paid to the United States Postal Service to ship the customer's package - not Witchy Living.
REPLACEMENT OF HAND-CRAFTED ITEMS
All
hand-crafted items are checked 100% before shipping, and are carefully
packed to prevent damage, but sometimes things do happen. If you
receive a hand-crafted item that is damaged or broken in some way,
please do the following on the day the item is received: 1) Take a picture of the damaged item.
2)
Click on the "Contact Us" link and send an email with a detailed
description of the problem - and attach the picture of the damaged
item.
3) Someone from Witchy Living will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email to discuss a replacement. Please note that a photo of the damages
*MUST* be emailed to Witchy Living before a replacement
will be shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS!
