Witchy Living uses PayPal as our payment processor of choice.
Please note that you DO NOT have to be a member of PayPal to use your Visa or Mastercard! We prefer PayPal due to their excellent security and discounted shipping costs, but money order and check by mail are also options. Money orders and checks must arrive within 7 days of purchase or the order will be canceled with no notification sent. Orders paid for by check will be held until the check clears - this can take up to ten days! - and will then be shipped.
Your purchase is usually shipped (or is ready for local pick-up) within 3 - 5 business days, depending on payment method and items purchased. This allows time for accurate order processing, completion or acquisition of handcrafted items, secure packaging, and sending out your items. Be aware that some hand-crafted items can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the artist. You may receive your order in more than one package, as we may have our supplier(s) ship directly to you if our stock is low on a particular product. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail with insurance, or on occasion, UPS, is required on all packages that ship directly from Witchy Living's New Orleans location.
